Please be aware that your pots may not be fired within your course time. Clay must dry thoroughly before it goes in the kiln, and there is often a queue of pots waiting to be fired. If you make a lot of items, the mass will not be prioritised. Occasionally, accidents will happen and your pots may be damaged.
No refunds of deposit and course payments are given. If you cancel a booking or do not show, your payment will not be transferred to another booking. You will only be eligible for a refund if the session is cancelled by Rachael Ped Ceramics..
All pottery must be collected within 6 weeks of being fired, and it is up to you to make contact and check if your pot is ready to collect. If it has not been collected within 6 weeks it will become property of Rachael Ped Ceramics and will be disposed of by any means we see fit. If it has not been finished and the person making it has not not attended again to finish it, it will not be fired and will be reclaimed.
No credit will be offered in cases where people have failed to prove their previous payment for courses. Please keep your proof of payment with you at all times.
All expiry dates on course bookings are final.
We will only only fire student pottery that has been made in our studio (to enquire about kiln rental and pricing of items made elsewhere, please contact us for a quote).
All use of materials and tools is at the discretion of Rachael Ped Ceramics.

All business hours and prices are subject to change and are at the discretion of Rachael Ped Ceramics. All prices agreed will be honoured if a deposit has been paid, or the deposit will be refunded.
Rachael Ped Ceramics reserve the right to refuse service and terminate course attendance or cancel bookings to anyone acting disrespectfully, with discrimination of any kind, rude or upsetting, or disagreeably to any staff or students.

Rachael Ped Ceramics reserves the right to refuse service and terminate course attendance or cancel bookings to anyone who we believe to be running or affiliated with another local pottery enterprise or direct competition, behaving with tortious interference, or anyone who we believe to be customer stealing or copy catting.
